Please note. Office staff cannot renew medications, order blood work or order imaging at your request. You will need to speak with the physician directly.

Online booking is active for in office appointments under patient information.

Online booking of phone appointments has been suspended. To book a phone appointment please contact the office.

The On-Call calendar has also been removed. The office number for the on-call or covering physician is 519-571-3912. Please call after 5 pm. This system will be improved over the next month.
