May 25, 2026. The office is experiencing some phone service issues today. The entire medical group (Waterloo Region FHO) is converting to one standardized phone system. We hope to have this issue resolved by the end of the day.

Please remember a little kindness goes a long way. Rude and demanding behaviour will not be tolerated.

Please note. Office staff cannot renew medications, order blood work or order imaging at your request. You will need to speak with the physician directly.
