Important Notices: Our email communications is for outgoing email only. You cannot assume that because you sent an email it will be addressed. Please call the office to book an appointment or book online. In rare instances, we may request that you email us certain information or forms, please keep in mind that there can be security risks when communication via email. Use your judgement.
The staff cannot order prescriptions, lab tests or imaging. Please book an appointment to discuss your request. If a test or consult has been requested. Please call the office in one to two weeks to verify the status of your request. If the request was sent through OCEAN on the EMR you will receive an email notification.
I continue to work remotely during office closures and weekends to manage the data sent to the office. You may receive an email any day of the week or after hours for a follow-up appointment or testing. The email will come through Oceans. Follow the instructions to open the secure email.
Prescription Renewals. Prescriptions may take up to two weeks to renew. Our policy of charging for prescription renewals done outside of an appointment (office or phone) continues to be in effect. This includes prescriptions faxed to the office by your pharmacist. Prescriptions can be renewed even if the office is closed. Your pharmacy will need to send the request. I continue to work remotely during office closures and weekends. There is no charge for renewals for patients over the age of 80.
On July 1, 2024 there will be changes to the non-OHIP fees and to the annual Block Fee. Payment for non-OHIP covered services will be enforced including forms, notes, missed or late appointments and prescriptions refills without a visit. A charge for the service will be placed in the patient chart.
New patients: The office is not currently accepting new patients.
Appointments: A telephone or in office appointment can be booked by calling the office or you may use the online booking link for in office appointments only. The office does not accept walk-in visits.

Office closures: The office will be closed March 5-7, 2025 . The physician for the day coverage and the evening on-call physician can be reached through the “On-Call” page or by calling the office answering service at 519-571-3912. The answering service does not take messages or give medical advice.
Evening clinic: Our next evening clinic date is pending. Please call the office to book an appointment. This clinic has limited spots (12) and usually runs once per month. This clinic is also used as an overflow clinic for the evening on-call that day.
